Encompass Parts replied to my negative review and took action accordingly, recognizing shipping costs were excessive and offering a full refund for BOTH shipping and the item I bought! I expressed a refund for the item was not necessary, but they went ahead and provided the full refund anyways. They called me to my phone and apologized.

The parts were in stock at the time of calling in both the US and Canada. Received an order confirmation on Nov 22 stating a shipping date of Nov 22 from Canada. Shipping a few small parts that are in stock that easily fit in a small cushioned envelope SEVEN DAYS AFTER order entry is not acceptable.
