Oct 04, 2017 · I have personally seen the electric company charge as high as .12 per kwh. Star energy is a clean energy company and they at most are less than a 1cent different than the shop and compare gov suggested rate plus 50c a day to fulfill the fixed rate contract. Most people i sold to saved alot of money.
