Jul 14, 2014 · Enmax, is by far one of the least ethical companies in Alberta. Enmax is a hydro company that provides water and Electricity and natural gas. Many people on fixed incomes (especially senior citizens) in Alberta or just middle class have difficulty paying their Hydro bills, Enmax in response starts penalizing for each time a person cannot make a full payment.
