Nov 07, 2008 · I just posted to a Cinco Ranch-Entouch thread but will repeat my comments here. In Cinco Ranch SW I have ZERO complaints with Entouch service. The guide system on TV malfunctioned once but was remedied by a tech within two minutes of me dialing their customer service number. TV service is flawless.
