At the same time, Bet365 also suspended my mother's account with $7k+ in it from the 1 deposit made through EntroPay. We tried to contact Bet365 and they threw the ball back to EntroPay but EntroPay kept saying that the account will be suspended indefinitely.

Thanks for your advice on this. I'll give it a miss I think, sounds to complicated and too risky for the sake of £25 or so. Would it be worth calling the airline and seeing if they could match the Entropay deal? The outward flight from London to Gambia is only 17 days away and has over 50% availability (140 seats free out of 221), the return flight is slightly fuller with 104 seats remaining.

Visa Entropay, even if you explain that have no service provided or ticketed sold by Edreams, (which make it clear have no reason to get money out from your visa entropay card), Visa only said it is your problem to sort it out the situation, or in 30 days time if Edreams did not process the payment, they may give your money back.
