Perfect in every way! I applied my custom color for the first time a few weeks ago and it was absolutely PERFECT! The color turned out beautiful, the roots covered well, the instructions were clear and easy to follow, the website is fun and extremely user-friendly, I love the fact that I have the option to adjust the color or delay a delivery - I am 100% satisfied.

Won't let me give ZERO STARS--Card BS: I used esalon one time. I was happy enough with everything-maybe a bit on the red side but no biggie. First time today! First time today! I just coloured my hair for the first time using eSalon. I am happy with the result. I've been struggling with my hair thinning and drying out so I decided to give it a rest from putting high and low lights in for a while and tried this instead.
