Aug 21, 2013 · I fell at work in Feb. Workers Comp claim for injuries were denied by the insurance carrier, ESIS. Hired an atty, spent 5 months trying to get the insurance to pay. They finally issued an Admission of Liability and I had the surgery I needed on my shoulder last Fri. That all went well and I'm now on the road to recovery.
