I have not received a call from anyone at Eskom. Although the response from the call centre has never been satisfactory, the first two operators that I spoke to had a friendly disposition and inspired confidence. it would be good for somebody from Eskom to respond to the calls logged, even if it is just to say that there is no solutions.
