Complaints were lodged with Eskom followed by streams of reference numbers. Last Friday (the 10 of August, 2018) workers from Eskom come with a truck full of Transformers, about six of them, as happy as we were, it came as a shock when we supposed to pay for the installation of those transformers.

I contacted the Eskom Customer Service Call Centre on 05 May 2013 after mistakenly using a wrong meter number to purchase electricty. the transaction was done via online banking. The Call Centre Operator said that she will log a call for me and gave me reference number 94225655 to use when making follow-ups.
