At 9 we called Eurolines office. An official told us that the bus had departed from the station at 8am. The ladies at the station confirm the bus didn't come to the station. Since there are no records at the station, there's no way for us to confirm whether the bus came or not. In any case I'm never booking a bus trip with Eurolines again.

I have tried threatening beginning complaints procedures but I'm a little apprehensive about starting a lengthy procedure with the same company and of course had no response when I suggested complaining.
