Overall my view on this Evans Halshaw dealership is that after you take a car away they are not interested.They are not interested in customer service. I will definitely not buy another car from Evans Halshaw, and my son's girlfriend who is going to buy another car next week will not be using EH either.

I had a problem with Evans Halshaw Vauxhall Portsmouth branch. They used pressure selling, misrepresentation of the fact and an issue with deposit refund. No customer service. Poor communication. To be fair, the delay is more Mitchell Skoda’s fault than Evans Halshaw, however, my complaint is about the communication from the Evans Halshaw sales associate I was dealing with. She was polite, but she would take anywhere from 8 - 48 hours to reply to my email, if she replied at all.

Evans Halshaw Body Shop. My review is for the Evans Halshaw Body Shop in Leeds. I had a very disappointing experience and had not expected this from an established company like this. Sep 14, 2010 · Went to BURNLEY EVANS HALSHAW and they just fobbed us off, didnt give my partner a car to use while its in for repairs. there customer service needs to be taken back to basics and retrained. the business needs to be investigated by a independent authority they been getting away with this for toooo long.

i was happy with the service i recieved… i was happy with the service i recieved bedford site, although i feel the actual garage showroom needs some attention regards the lack of tea coffee machine and the furniture needs updating if you want a drink you have to go and get it from the other site across the road which is a lot more inviting modern etc...the lack of customer parking is a bit ...

DO NOT BUY FROM EVANS HALSHAW. DO NOT BUY FROM EVANS HALSHAW. I bought a car on the 19th of July this year and emailed them the evening I picked it up about 12 faults/issues the car had that needed fixing, one of which was a knocking coming from the gearbox.
