evista Tamoxifin can cause blood clots and uterine cancer. Evista is a little better in the side effects I believe, however everyone is different. I also have ADH(atypical ductal hyperplasia) and it increased my risk from 1.6 to 3.2 which is doubled, so I am considering the same thing.
