Aug 07, 2013 · Evolution Bankcard is a dishonest, cheating company. I have canceled "my account", which I never used their services at all, in Sept. 2014. Sent fax request on 9/4/2014 and they confirmed yet, here we are in April 2015 and they are still drawing off of my bank account.
