Feb 27, 2012 · My prescription, which they have on found & is on file, is more than 2 years old. Even though I have no problem with my lenses/ prescription, Eyemasters will not sell/ make a new pair of glasses for me unless I pay to have a new eye exam. Eyemasters is forcing me to pay for an eye exam which I do not want and which I feel is totally unnecessary.

I'm not sure what lenscrafters some of the negative comments are coming from but I've been to the "other guys" and they dont even come close to the level of knowledge and care I've received with lenscrafters.Reviews: 33
