I made the mistake of ordering from Fansedge not realizing this is part of Fanatics. I noticed I was charged $10 for the “free shipping” and have been trying for over an hour (on hold) to get the problem resolved. Ha. What a fool I am! Their web site is purposely rigged to avoid contact with customers.

Dec 17, 2014 · I placed an order for an English Soccer Jersey on 12/17/2012 and selected Priority Shipping (3 days plus 'handling'). It's been 16 days so far and FansEdge representatives cannot provide me a tracking number, name of courier, and cannot tell me what has happened to my order and why it hasn't shipped (they aren't even sure where it is). And they refuse to cancel it/refund my money.
