Aug 26, 2016 · I can't believe they made NO investigation! (Actually I can, and that's scary.) However, that is SHAMEFUL! They needed at least to look for corroborating evidence of the complaint. When there is a complaint against a nursing home in my state, the surveyors send out someone to investigate the complaint before any more is done.
