How sad to treat their customers this way but I am sure First Choice never reads these complaints since they think they are never wrong. At least someone else can see this and maybe it will change their mind before they change their service from another company to First Choice.

It is a shame there is nowhere to rate Travel Agents as I would give First Choice and TUI a minus score. They apparently forced a hotel to bring forward it's opening date, when they missed this date we were shunted to a far inferior hotel and promised a refund on the difference between the two hotels, 4 weeks later and still waiting for it.
