This should have been told to me in the beginning (when I first asked about refinancing the second home in April). In effect, the refinance was finished. As you can see in this narrative, I believe that the only intention of First Guarantee Mortgage was to have me refinance my primary home.

May 08, 2004 · Well I saved the message because I had been considering refianacing my First and Second mortgage into one loan. I called a couple local mortgage companies and decided to give first Guarantee a call back to see what they could offer me compared to the other companies I had talked with. This will turn out to be a HUGE mistake on my part!!!
