I'm reading same complaints I wrote to BBB about scam fitness blowout, once they charged my card with $3, 000., they won't answer your questions where was your order goes even after 2 months, they will tell you they answered callers who are ordering only ( which they will scam them again).

I get a call from the general manager Steve Barzilai who tells me that there are only a small number of complaints and they all rectified. It promises me he will stay on top of it.

I suspect, based on the many complaints I read, that many customers give up and accept the item shipped to them, even if it was the wrong item or not working properly.
