Feb 18, 2020 · Fitness First's membership contract is the worst you can get and my experience has been terrible! I joined a 6 month contract knowing that I would change office after 6month, the monthly fee is the most expensive you can think of (over 750HK dollars per month) with a terrible shower facility, the only benefit was it was close to the office.1/5(86)

I looked through all the ingredients in all First Fitness Weight Loss and colon cleanse Products and found none with Ephedra or Guarana. All members should email HEAD OFFICE at Fitness First to complain and ask for refunds for past charges and discounts for future charges.... The manager and front reception staff are all nice though and shouldn’t bear the brunt of the many complaints….
