I have never ever had any complaints with my cleaning and this week I did…about streaks/scratches. I’ve been using Norwex for 4-6 weeks only. I too am questioning the effectiveness of these cloths if they scratch surfaces…I’d rather not use them! Perhaps the micro steal in them is what should be in question.
