Dufrais Constantinople on the case Gemma, who is a massive Fonejacker fan, told us that the first call came at 11am with the second about ten minutes later.

Considering that if a complaint is unresolved after 8 weeks you can go to the OTELO, who will make an independent ruling. Its unlikely a complaint would go on that long. Even if you didn't agree with OTELO, legal action wouldn't take that long.
