Mar 25, 2011 · Fonesafe said they wouldn't pay out, because I was claiming too long after the phone was stolen (I cant remember what the deadline was, but it was something like 3 days). Now this was an impossibility with me being in Spain without my phone insurance forms, but I bit my lip and asked to cancel the policy and bought a new phone.
