Jan 30, 2011 · My problem is that I took out the insurance years ago and can't find any of the documents, I changed the policy to my new phone in November and they didn't send me anything. The phone was reported to T-Mobile, Fonesafe and the French police on the same day, although the French police were not interested (Fonesafe said that was ok).

Sep 15, 2010 · When Fonesafe opened I rang them to make a claim. I failed to get a crime number so they refused my claim. I assumed that was the end of the matter, ie i had no phone and therefore no insurance anymore. I am crap at checking my bank statements and eventually noticed that I am still being charged for insurance (£8.99pm).

Jan 21, 2012 · I got a contract phone from Tmobile, and insurance with fonesafe. 2 weeks after it arrived, it turned off and wouldn't come back on. It was the middle of summer, so wasn't raining, and it had hardly been outside anyway.
