They said I only returned 11 & basically received less than half of my refund. I am livid. I spoke to representatives more than 4 times & they have yet to resolve my issue. Dec 21, 2011 · She wanted to go to Forever 21 and ended up buying 5 items with cash. About 10 minutes after the purchase she discovered one if the items wasn't what she thought it was and went back in to return it. At this point we discovered Forever 21's return policy was exchange or store credit only. They refuse to return your money under any circumstances.
