Publishing their annual review for 2017/18 the FOS said it ruled against the lender in 36% of all PPI cases in the last year, and that figure did not include cases relating to undisclosed high levels of commission.

I was informed in a telephone call that they have evidence that I agreed to the PPI policy on the internet in 2007 and therefore the complaint cannot be upheld but I didn't agree to the policy and was aware i had the policy until a few months ago.
