We recently used Fox Rent a Car picking up at Phoenix Airport and dropping off at Las Vegas Airport. I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews, but I saved about 700 dollars so I decided to roll the dice. Maybe it's a hit and miss thing, but for me it was a hit.

It seemed to be an issue of either first time renters who couldn't understand all the add-on's the Fox representative threw at them, or how they would pay for the rental. One renter wasted 25-30 minutes to rent a car. The rep. should have moved them through the rental process but didn't. The two stars are for the vehicle we finally received.
