Purchased on the 5th, sufficient time for Valentine's day. Tried emailing orders@fragrancenet which one of the advertising emails linked me for order support. No reply, turns out info@fragrancenet was the real one. Was told to wait 5 business days which is the 18th so a week since my email. Sent a reply to that message at 2pm yesterday.
