Great price and service. Very happy with the frames I received from Frames Direct. After breaking my old frames, I was able to obtain replacement frames for half the price that LensCrafters charges for the same exact product (# 1327166), and I received the frames within a week.

The frames we were able to directly compare came in at around 50 percent off the prices being charged elsewhere. True, some extras, including standard lenses aren’t included in the package, but still, 50 percent is 50 percent, and unless you need progressives or high-specced specs, the frames are the lion’s share of your final price.3.5/5

Unfortunately, Frames Direct does not give you specific shipping options until you get to the final checkout page. I like to know my shipping options BEFORE I go to the final checkout. The frames were exactly what I ordered, but I wish Frames Direct would be more honest about actual shipping times.

Their customer service hours are M-Th 8a-7p, Friday 8a-6p, Saturday 8a-5p and they are closed on Sundays. Of all of the companies that we reviewed Frames Direct had one of the highest number of customer complaints.
