Becky, I have had Easy Water Employees pose as customers before and their comments sound very much like yours. They do it on other sites too, not just here. If you are not an Easy Water Employee, then I apologize, but I am suspicious. I do have an Easy Water (we have tested several) and if you are really a customer, prove that it works to yourself.

Doing hard or acidity water tests will prove nothing. So if you install it and the customer says it doesn't work you can't prove it is. I call it VOODOO water.
