Frito Lay/Pepsico is not a good company to work for any longer. 60 hours/week are standard. Quality family time suffers because you are exhausted on your days off. I had to resign from Frito Lay to take care of elderly mom. The overall job was great ! I made a lot of money and loved my route. I had my route making plan month after month. they ran 75%. Frito lay is not compensating for the work you do, they pocket free sales (if you run 89%, you literally Miss plan by 11% but you get paid as if you ran 75%, which is missing plan by 25%, thats 14% of sales Frito May is pocketing) and to me it seems illegal.2/5(89)

Cons. The other review re: "like a Dr on call" is exactly right. Don't think you log off, leave the property and you're free and clear to spend 15 minutes with your family or even walk the dog - because w/in 10 minutes you'll get a call from one of your accounts or your DSL with a shelf somewhere missing one nag in order to be full and which requires your immediate attention.1/5(89)
