Jun 14, 2013 · Used my debit card at a gas pump. put $38 dollars in. Checked my acct. and it showed a hit of $125. I was told by a rude person at FSNB that it is what visa does and after 5 working days they will deduct the $38 from the $125 I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS.
