We are disappointed with the Futon Company... We are disappointed in the Futon Company. We ordered the Milly Sofa Bed. We paid £49 for delivery, they dont even warn you when your product is being delivered. The first we knew it had arrived was by the delivery driver phoning us outside our house, no one was at home and it was left in the garden.

Slow & expensive delivery diminishes customer experience. The quality of the furniture is good (we've bought from Futon Company before & like the quality of their items) - but the delivery costs a lot (£50 if I recall) and takes forever to come - it was around 2 or more weeks.
