Dec 14, 2011 · Complaint goes to the seller. Not the lender unless it was an agent of the lender. I thought Future Mortgages sold through intermediaries rather than directly to the public. It is also worth bearing in mind that PPI for a secured loan is, in principle, a good idea because if you do not meet the repayments you could end up losing your home.

May 16, 2015 · Hello. I had a 100% Interest Only mortgage with Future Mortgages back in 2004 when me and my wife were trying to get on the property ladder. I was wondering whether the mortgage had PPI on it but unfortunately due to the age of the mortgage (and me not being good at keeping records!!), I did not keep any of the original documentation.
