Jan 23, 2010 · I have just received a PCN from G24 Ltd for overstaying a free car park for 5 minutes. The charge is £95 payable in 28 days (£75 if paid within 14 days). After this period they say they will forward the debt to a debt recovery agent.

Re: Contractual Parking Charge Notice from G24 Ltd. Just finished in the shop and it's nearly all sorted. They said they usually cancel it when you go to the shop with the receipt and the manager said she will send off the details and we should hear back tomorrow. Sounds promising but I'll update you with further details, good or bad.

Jul 23, 2015 · Another - Parking Charge Notice, G24. On the 8th of may I went to Wickes here in Colchester and bought a new oven. Staff helpful, and all ok. I suppose i was in the store for only about 15 minutes, but returned a couple of hours later to buy something else. Today all of 6 weeks later I have received a penalty charge notice for overstaying the allotted time of 90 minutes.

I received a Contractual Parking Charge Notice from G24 Ltd for £95 plus £30 admin fee as I parked on one of their car parks for 110 minutes and the permitted duration was 60 minutes between 13:20 and 15:10. This took place on 09/10/12 and the issue date was 17/10/2012.
