GameStop is just a no for me. The employees at my local GameStop are so rude and negative. They don’t do their job and hate when you ask questions, making rude remarks or trying to add unasked info. They make me feel embarrassed and weird so I stopped shopping at my local GameStop. Maybe if they were more nice, I would go.

Gamestop doesnt care about its employees. All they ever did was demand numbers and impossible sales goals with a terrible algorithm. They don't support its staff and don't back us when customers demand refunds or service we can't provide. GameStop is not ripping you off, they make no profit off of the games you trade in that are new. The only profit they make is for old used games, which you get very good deal on. The money for trading in a new game goes straight to the video game company, not game stop.
