Most Recent Customer Complaint. Went on a tour with Gate 1 and felt totally deceived as to the true content of the tour. Gate 1's internet site was extremely deceptive and impossible to locate all of the details of this tour. Feb 12, 2020 · A few years ago I saw a small ad for Gate1 Travel, and decided to book a trip to Peru. That trip was very good, and I have booked 7 other Gate1 trips since. Each trip has always been a very positive experience. The Gate 1 guides are very accomodating, knowledgeable, and just very pleasant people to travel with.
