I have registered a complaint at least six times over the past month explaining that a replacement vegetable drawer ordered through a service technician for a ge refrigerator had arrived damaged. despite all of these calls, it was not until last Wednesday that I was told that there was a special department that dealt with such orders-i was promised a call back the next day. that never happened.

Nov 10, 2018 · My salesman advised me to buy the 10 year warranty ($300) because the ice maker and water dispensers are the most common problems and usually hard parts to find. The LG was 8 years old when a 2 cent spring failed on the ice door. They couldn't fix it. The warranty got me this new GE refrigerator. My only complaint is that it makes ice cubes slowly.2.5/5(7)
