Jun 28, 2019 · "GEEKS ON SITE" IS FRAUD and a SCAM. THEY ARE IN SOUTH AMERICA and saying they are in Miami. I also called the Florida state taxes and they have several other problems for their lies. I finally just charged back for fraud and they didnt respond to that either. Geeks on site is a scam and after doing research they dont even have an office in Miami.

My computer got a virus similar to ransom-ware. I called Geeks On Site and was assured that they could fix it. I authorized them to take over my computer which they did, for over 3 hours, then they told me it was fixed after they had me try a few operations with my computer. However, later in the day the computer froze up and I could not use it at all....just a frozen screen.
