Feb 15, 2020 · New hires come and go like a revolving door when they realize Geico was a bad move for them. If you enjoy your family life and don't like being worked to the bone avoid Geico. Jul 18, 2011 · I have a BMW 328XI coupe 2008. I was hit by a person insured by GEICO. It was a hit and run but I got the plate number and the cops found the person and placed them at fault pretty much. I wanted to know, should I go through GEICO auto repair Xpress since they offer guarantee to repair car if anything happens in future. Or should I just go with my own body shop and go through a longer process.

Our 'concierge claims service' similiar to what Progressive hawks - you drop off your damaged vehicle at a repair shop near you, leaving it with the GEICO auto damage adjuster, often getting a rental car, the repairs are done there, and then GEICO guarantees the work while you own the car.4/5

You have the right to go to the body shop of your choice. However, if any problems arise, that's between you and the bodyshop. Working as a claims adjuster, I've seen this go terribly south. I'm a GEICO policyholder and have used the ARX (Auto Repair Xpress) program for my IS250.

I did a bit of online research for what it's worth. There are only three reviews of the repair shop, all positive. BBB lists two complaints (both resolved) and gives the shop an A+ rating.

The Service department is spectacular! I had my 2014 Durango towed there after the engine died and ended up getting a whole new engine under warranty. The replacement took some time because they had to get a new engine from the manufacturer, but it was worth it. The vehicle runs flawlessly now and I have no complaints.3.5/5(4.6K)

As a current GEICO employee I can honestly say what GEICO offers is excellent training, with decent compensation.
