Complaint / review text: We've our r. V. Mortgage with GEMB it use to become with Thor. I'd no issues with Thor but GEMB is another account. Within the last 5 weeks I've needed to place an end cost about the check I published for my cost since these fools can not appear to think it is.

Review 1/3/2011: GE Money is a scam. I paid all my bills 1 month in advance to avoid 1) late fees and 2) the ridiculously high interest rate. In reviewing my statements I noticed large sums of late fees of $39.99 that were incurred for "late payments".3/5(3)

Review: GEMB Lending is reporting our RV loan as charged off on my credit report. I have not received any information that this loan was in default, and have been making my payments that have been received and cashed by GEMB Lending. I've called the phone number in my payment booklet numerous times daily at different times of the day.

Santander is the worst bank I have ever dealt with and I will never get a loan through them!!! Santander purchased my Travel Trailer loan and never notified us they were the new lender and then a couple months later repossessed my travel trailer.
