Sep 27, 2017 · I have owned several glock 17 handguns including 3rd gen 17 and 17L, 2 4th gen 17, and I presently own a 3rd gen 19c. As a defensive or concealed handgun I have no complaints. Have fired 1000″s of rnds. of all types without a single malfunction. most of my training is on the move, using barricades, kneeling, standing, etc.

I like that it can take a magazine from the Glock 17 for 2 additional rounds, or the Glock 18, which is a non-USA selectable-fire model that comes with a 30 round magazine! Oct 14, 2017 · Was curious if anyone here has tried it on the Glock 19. My gen 4 Glock 23 spits brass out with a lot of authority - but that's a .40 cal with a higher pressured round. The 9mm is a whole different animal in gen 4 it seems. I may just sell the gen 4 for a gen 3, but wondering if swapping out to a gen 3 RSA will give me the same results.

Jun 04, 2015 · My Glock 30 Gen4 has been flawless well over 2000 rounds. I had a Glock 17 Gen 3 (bought new) that was nothing but problems, FTF, FTE. I sold that one. So in my small sample size, Gen 4 has been great and Gen 3 has been poor. As i understand, especially in the 9mm, some of the late model Gen 3's and early model Gen 4's were having issues.
