Jul 30, 2018 · The same thing recently happended to me. I was given name brand Adderall XR 20mg mixed with M. Aphet Salts 20mg. I had been taking the medication for over a week and noticed a difference. I became sleepy all the time and had severe pain in my left side. I have not ever had these side effects with the name brand.

Jan 30, 2015 · Other possible advice would be to switch to XR either generic or name brand. There seem to be fewer problems with the generic XR, but at this point I won't personally be risking it. I will be getting some name brand XR in the mail soon and hopefully all will be well.
