Insurance companies wants Tier-3 pricing for the branded Singulair which now costs 20 times more out-of-pocket. (for a 90 day supply). Hope we can get many complaints to FDA to wake them up & look into the side-effects.

Rx Plan switched me and some family members to montelukast and wheezing returned, with indigestion and heartburn. Switched back to singulair by doctors orders and noticed difference within a week.
