Such rubbish. Will always have to be signed for. getmein said they would send e mail when tickets on their way. never got that e-mail. They simply did "case closed".When asked to send copu of complaints procedure they merely sent a link to an internal e-mail which has shown nothing but incompetency.

Money wasted as cannot go to the gig on the dates on the tickets and cannot get money back for the hotel and travel which we had paid for on the date which is on the confirmation email!
