A few days later I received confirmation that they (Gettington) had taken care of all the mistakes they made and corrected the account, except for the fact that they lied, they didn't take care of a thing because they're shady. I immediately re-filed my complaint with TransUnion, then I filed complaints with the BBB, FTC, & CFPB just to be sure.
