Comments: No complaints. Auto-bill and auto-pay worked as expected. I chose Gexa because they had the best price for 100% Green. When it came time to renew, I went with another company with a good rating that had a better price for 100% Green at the time.4.5/5

I used Gexa Energy when I first moved to Houston in 2005. Then in 2007, I switched to Sparks energy because they had cheaper rates. and Then I moved back to Gexa energy in 2009. I have always had a pleasant expereinece with them.

Feb 09, 2007 · First and foremost, I do have to admit that the hold time with Gexa Energy is not acceptable. It has been a lot better than in the past but can still use improvement. This is why Gexa Energy has implemented new features in order to promptly assist customers with payments, considering the volumes of calls are mostly payment related.
