Apr 12, 2017 · Global tel link Global tel link cut off my collect calls without any warning and forced me to use prepaid credit card. After calling I was told that because I exceeded a limit set by them they needed to make sure they got paid. I always pay my bills. Now I am being charged a fee for a service I did not ask for. The last call came in in SPANISH!!!!

my son is in london ohio correctional and until 130 pm july 31 i have been receiving collect calls from him. today he tried to call me and was told by global tel link that you have a block on my phone and could not receive calls from him. why why why? i owe you nothing as i pay my bill through my own telephone company. i want this block lifted now and not to happen again
