Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered two units which they claimed to have in stock only to have them backordered for a month. Then i reordered two different units which were more expensive and after speaking three times to a service representitive was assured these were in stock and after 4 days was told they were backordered for another month.

May 21, 2010 · I ordered an LG mini-split from them. I will NEVER again deal with GoDuctless, or LG again. The unit quit working less than 30 days after installed by a licensed HVAC tech., and I have not been able to get any support or service from either LG or GoDuctless.
