As far as the case went (and we have looked into this matter) the client didnt instigate once that there were issues or delays. clients partner was aadvised and informed of all the informatio and the progress of the file at all times.

I did not find Gordons Property Lawyers to be proactive at all. When there were things that needed to be chased or done they did not call me. Indeed, they twice sat on things that needed doing until I telephoned them to see what was happening. When I queried this, I was told they always wait a week to chase anything up. Not helpful, not apologetic.
